Registered Members of the
National Back Exchange

A Specialist Civil Liability policy was introduced for Registered Members of the National Back Exchange in 2008 providing Professional and Public Liability cover up to a limit of £5,000,000. The insurance caters for all aspect of members work within the Scope of NBE practice including back care advice, manual handling training and consultancy (including cover for training others).

The policy covers all previous work of a similar nature (but will only deal with claims reported to Members for the first time during the currency of the policy). There is no excess to pay on either compensation claims or the legal defence costs incurred to protect the interest of members. In the event Members cease to practice or retire, the policy will also automatically provide run-off cover for up to three years to deal with any claims from earlier work at no extra cost.
