Management Liability Including Directors & Officers Insurance

Whilst Management and Directors may have protection from their employer's corporate cover, there are still many other liabilities to which Management and Directors are potentially exposed. In particular claims involving Health and Safety, Breach of Statutory Duties, Employment Disputes, as well as claims from creditors and shareholders, for which they could be held personally accountable.

Management Liability insurance incorporates Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability and Corporate Entity cover, and will provide protection against the escalating defence costs of legal actions, as well as any financial compensation awarded against the Management or Directors.
