Education and Children’s Welfare Consultants

Our range of policies are designed to protect trained consultants and advisers, from civil liability claims, whose services are increasingly in demand, especially from Government and Local Authorities, in sensitive and key areas of children’s education and welfare.

The policy is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance, covering Professional as well as Public Liability risks on a worldwide basis. All previous consultancy work of a similar nature is included, but only claims notified for the first time are covered during the currency of the policy.

Run off cover up to 3 years is also included free of charge, to meet future claims which may arise from earlier work when consultants retire or cease to practice. As well as claims for compensation, the policy also covers the necessary legal defence costs in defending an action, without deductible or excess.

The cover is available to anyone with appropriate training or experience, but discounted rates are available to members of the Associations listed.
