Members Public Liability Insurance Scheme

To supplement Medical and Professional Liability Insurance a separate Public Liability policy has been arranged for Members ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom (Irish Members have a separate policy arranged in Ireland, details of which are available upon request from the BIOS office) providing a limit of £2,500,000 in respect of any one claim and £5,000,000 in aggregate in respect of Product Liability claims.
